Security and file privacy

Files are processed, then deleted

Every uploaded file exists on our servers only for the duration of the conversion - usually seconds. The result is made available to you for download once, and both the source file and the result are deleted immediately afterwards. A scheduled sweeper removes anything left behind within two hours at the latest. There is no archive, no backup of user files and no training dataset.

Transfer encryption

All traffic runs over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) through Cloudflare. Files are never transmitted over plain HTTP, and download links are one-time tokens that cannot be guessed or shared after use.

No human eyes

Conversions are performed by automated software only. Nobody at WhizPDF opens, reads or reviews user files. Support can help with errors without ever seeing your document - error reports contain technical metadata only.

No third parties

• No advertising networks, no tracking scripts, no analytics cookies.
• Files are never shared with, sold to, or shown to anyone.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see card details.

Account data

If you create an account, we store only your email address and usage counters so the free limits can be enforced. You can request full deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@whizpdf.com - we respond within 30 days.
