1. The service

WhizPDF is an online file conversion service that processes documents you upload and returns converted files. The service is provided “as is” and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You may only upload files that you own or have the right to process. You may not use WhizPDF to process illegal content, malware, or material that infringes the rights of others. Automated abuse of the free tier may result in throttling or account suspension.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.

4. Files and content

We process your files only to perform the conversion you requested. We do not sell or share your files. Converted files are available for download for a short period and then permanently deleted from our systems.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhizPDF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from files you upload. Always keep your own copy of original files.
